Föreningen Sommarmusik på Lundsberg följer folkhälsomyndighetens aktuella förordningar och rekommendationer. Vi har obligatorisk platsreservation för de maximalt 50 personer, som får delta live. Ingen ändring efter 1 juli.
Sällskap (familjer) ska kunna hålla avstånd om minst 1 meter i sidled samt framåt och bakåt från andra personer och sällskap. Varje sällskap får högst uppgå till 4 personer. Nb! Vid minsta tecken på infektion (förkylning, ont i halsen, feber) följ konserterna livestream istället, för att inte smitta andra, och meddela oss så att någon annan kan få din plats!
För att minska smittrisken av Covid-19 före, under och efter konserterna gäller följande procedur:
1. Registrering 18:15-18:30 (torsdag 8 juli 10:15-10:30). Håll avstånd på minst 1 meter till de andra konsertbesökarna medan du väntar på din tur.
2. Före insläpp, frivilligt munskydd och handdesinfektion.
3. Insläpp i byggnaden ca 18:40. Håll avstånd.
4. Följ personalens instruktioner och sätt dig på anvisad plats.
5. Efter konserten: Gå ut lugnt och håll avstånd. Stanna inte upp för att samtala förrän ni har lämnat byggnaderna och står på skolgården igen.

COVID instructions
The association Sommarmusik på Lundsberg follows the regulations and recommendations by the Swedish Public Health Agency. We have compulsory seat reservation for the max. 50 persons who are allowed to attend the concerts live. There is no increase in numbers after 1 July. Family groups must keep at least 1 meter distance sidewise, forwards and backwards from other persons and groups. A group may consist of a maximum of 4 persons. Nb! At any sign of infection (runny nose, sore throat, fever), follow the concerts livestream instead, and let us know so that your place can be given to someone else!
In order to reduce the risk of spread of Covid-19 before, during and after the concerts, the following procedure applies:
1. Registration 18:15-18:30 (Thursday 8 July 10:15-10:30). Keep distance to other concert goers (at least 1 meter) while waiting for your turn.
2. Face mask optional. Hand disinfection.
3. Admission to the building ca 18:40 keeping distances.
4. Follow the instructions by the staff and sit down on the seat which will be assigned.
5. After the concert: Walk out calmly and keep distance. Don’t stop to talk before you’re out of the building and stand in the school yard again.
